How it works

WeGrouped enables individuals to come together and leverage their collective buying power to negotiate better deals on products and services. It also helps businesses find local groups of prospective customers who are interested in their offerings, while optimizing resources and reducing costs.

Example

Often, individual homeowners must research options on their own and have very little negotiating power. Groups, on the other hand, can pool their research and negotiate better deals. Businesses benefit as well: scheduling multiple jobs in a single area significantly reduces time wasted loading and unloading trucks and traveling between sites.

Searching/Alerts - Finding a Group

Use the Search page to find existing groups by Category, Keyword, Location, or any combination of the three. You can also set up alerts on the Alerts page using the same filters to be notified whenever a new group is created that matches your interests.

Creating a Group

If you don’t see an existing group that fits your needs, you can create a new one using the Create Group page. You can specify whether your group is local or national, and whether it is public or private.

Joining and Growing a Group

After finding or creating a group, join it! This simply indicates your interest—there is no obligation to make a purchase or participate further. The larger the group, the greater the potential savings.
You can grow your group by using the Share Group button on the group page to copy the group link and share it with others who may be interested.

Use the My Groups page to review all the groups you’ve joined or created.

Getting Proposals

Request a proposal from local businesses you’d like to hear from. Each business will receive an email containing a link to the group associated with your request. Businesses can also search for groups and set up alerts to find groups they’d like to submit proposals to.

You can use the My Proposals page to review all the proposals you’ve requested or received.

Accepting Proposals

Once you find a proposal from a business you trust (and you meet any proposal requirements), you can accept it. When you do, the business will receive the name and email address you provided during sign-up and will contact you with next steps.
